Kingspan’s Ecobead Platinum beads lock tightly in a honeycomb matrix with a water-based adhesive. The beads fill the cavity fully as it is pumped into the space, ensuring that the entire area, regardless of shape or size is completely insulated.

Ecobead Platinum has a finished thermal conductivity of 0.033w/mk. The product is manufactured and installed under the ISO 2001:2008 Quality System and is approved by the NSAI Agrement Board. Kingspan’s Ecobead is also 100% recyclable.

WALLTITE

WALLTITE is a ground-breaking injected foam insulation system for cavity walls, manufactured by the world’s Largest chemical manufacturer, BASF. WALLTITE is injected into the cavity wall as a two-part chemical, which expands to fill 100% of the available space. The product hardens in situ, sealing the cavity and creating an airtight barrier.

WALLTITE can also be used in existing building where wall ties have corroded and failed. The product bonds to the insides of the masonry walls, restabilising the blocks, making it structurally sound again.

The products airtightness and low thermal conductivity if 0.026w/mk makes it ideal for homeowners who are looking to achieve the highest levels of heat retention and overall U Value.
